in 2002 by Joseph and Nancy Dwyer. Inspired by their love of children
(including their own children Patrick and Collin), and their previous
success in building technology companies, they decided to create
PlayNames. PlayNames uses a combination of high-tech wizardry and
low-tech ingenuity to deliver the highest quality on-demand personalized
giftware on the market.

Nancy's entertainment career began at the age of 2 when she began competing in fiddle contests in her native state of Texas. By the age of 5 she won the International Fiddling Contest 18 and under age bracket! It's no wonder with a master fiddler for a father, and a grandfather who was the first person inducted in the Texas Fiddling Hall of Fame. Nancy has been a featured vocalist and musician with platinum recording artists such as Charlie Pride and Ray Stevens. Nancy writes and produces PlayNames' music products. Meanwhile, Nancy has been a successful technology entrepreneur for the past twelve years, co-founding a number of successful companies including: Blir Internet and TouchPoint Solutions where she served as Chief Operating Officer. |
